The kitchenette and chat areas are shared spaces at Crossing Condotti where you will be greeted by our team upon arrival and can stop by whenever you like during your stay for a snack or a hot drink. To ensure hygiene and cleanliness for our team and guests we have installed Beyond by Aerus Pure & Clean air purification. The ActivePure filtration system is inspired by NASA technologies and runs 24/7 to maintain a fresh and clean environment in the shared spaces at all times of the day and night.

How Does It Work? ActivePure Technology pulls free oxygen and water molecules in the air through ActivePure's patented honeycomb matrix. Your room is your sanctuary where you can rest assured in the knowledge that prior to check in it has been thoroughly cleansed and sterilised. Prior to any guest arrival we perform a deep clean of the room followed by aerial surface disinfection using the Nocotech machine and leave it for a minimum of 30 minutes to settle before giving you the keys.

This machine is an automated concept of disinfection of surfaces by dry spraying. It is about combining a dispersing machine with a biodegradable disinfectant containing hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) without peracetic acid and silver that has a lethal effect on viruses, bacteria, yeast, mould and spores. Aerial disinfection treats surfaces and otherwise hard to get to, unreachable areas. It gives an even distribution of the product on surfaces.

How does it work? The dispersing machines sprays disinfectant liquid transformed into a dry fog. In this non-wetting fog, the particle size ensures a slow and perfectly uniform sedimentation on every square centimetre of the treated premises with no humidity.

The disinfection fog is first sprayed and then left for 30 minutes to allow for even distribution and for it to convert to natural water and oxygen so as not to leave any residue.
