This Is Not a Hotel.

Our property is a boutique guesthouse which is a methodology that we know and love. We don’t have a gym, a restaurant, room service or a business centre.

What we offer guests is lodgings inspired by, and filled with, contemporary art, classic and modern design, antiques and family heirlooms, and sophisticated wallcoverings and colour pallets.

Our concierge are not just problem solvers but Roman enthusiasts, excited to help you get the most out of your trip to Rome. While we don’t have a business centre if you need something printed or scanned, the lifestyle team will happily assist.

Here’s how it works.

We do not have a main entrance that opens directly onto the main street, instead we have a beautiful Roman entranceway just around the corner from Via dei Condotti. The stairwell (no elevator sorry!) leads you up to the first and second floors of a historic building just a stone’s throw from Piazza di Spagna.

You will see a silver plaque with the Crossing Condotti logo on the wall. Ring the bell and our concierge team will let you in and greet you right away!

Early check-in and late check-out gladly granted on request when available (who doesn’t love a sleep in?).

Bags & Luggage

When you arrive or depart you are welcome to leave your bags with us in our storage area. We will take special care to look after them so that you can make the most of your time exploring Rome without having to worry about your belongings.

Reception & Concierge

Whether you need assistance making reservations, local tips, information or just to chat about your holiday, our concierge team Gérald and Francesco are happy to help. The team are available onsite in person from 8:30am – 6:30pm and by phone afterhours.

In preparation for your trip, let Gérald and Francesco know when you will arrive and they will arrange your check-in. In case of afterhours check-in you simply need to warn the team ahead of time and they will organize to be there to greet you upon arrival.

Drinks & Snacks

Crossing Condotti is all about you having the trip that you want. We don’t have a restaurant or a café, but we do have a 24/7 kitchenette always fully stocked with soft drinks, hot drinks, coffee and sweet snacks. All items are complimentary and replenished daily. Guests can help themselves any time on the house. If you’re jetlagged or just fancy a soft drink and a piece of tart, the kitchenette is always open. All rooms have a complimentary refreshment tray with a kettle, a variety of tea bags and biscuits.

The Double Deluxe, Junior Suite and Master Rooms have their own kitchenette for extra convenience. The Crossing Corso Apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen.

Housekeeping & Laundry Facilities

Fatima and Gina are in charge of housekeeping at Crossing Condotti. They make sure the rooms are always spick and span, changing the towels daily and bedlinen every other day.

Flat iron/ironing board are at Guests complete disposal in each room. Our staff will be always happy to organize the washing service that a professional laundry we work with offers to our Guests.

Tech Extras

We offer free WI-FI throughout the property and every guest room has an LCD television with Sky Sport and Cinema channels.

In the Double Deluxe, Junior Suite and Master Rooms we have installed a Bluetooth charging iPad/iPhone docking station which is available for guests to use during their stay.

House Rules

Cots and extra beds for adults and children are available on request at no extra cost.

Small pets are welcome to stay with you upon prior request to our concierge team.

Crossing Condotti is a 100% smoke free property.

Family Friendly

To make it a fun and comfortable trip for the whole family we have prepared a few of our rooms especially for families. When travelling with kids we recommend the Deluxe Room, Junior Suite, Master Room and the Penthouse.
If you prefer separate spaces we have two superior rooms (Frattina and Carrozze) which are interconnecting and can be booked together and a high-end fully equipped apartment (Crossing Corso) which is just around the corner from the main Crossing Condotti building.
